The Railway Recruitment Board requires all applicants to upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature during the online registration process. - CRITICAL: Sign on plain white paper with a BLACK ink pen ONLY. Blue ink will be rejected.
- Signature must be in running/cursive handwriting. BLOCK, CAPITAL, or DISJOINTED letters will result in rejection.
- Scan the signed paper using a minimum resolution of 100 DPI.
- Image format must be JPG/JPEG with dimensions of at least 140x60 pixels.
- PwBD candidates unable to sign may upload a scanned fingerprint (Left/Right thumb or any feasible finger).
